About 6 thousand people have visited exhibition “Realty Spring-2011”

The XVI exhibition-fair “Realty Spring-2011” is over in Ufa. It was organized by the Ministry of land and property relations RB, the Trade-Industry Chamber RB, Ufa administration and by the united realty information service “Azimuth”.

More than 80 companies and organizations took part in the fair, lasting three days. The major part of the exposition was presented by the Ministry of land and property relations RB and by the town and regional property management committees. Various section classes and “round tables” as well as training seminars were held within its frames. Thus, the conference “Realty Management: theoretical and practical aspects” was held with the purpose to introduce modern approaches to realty management, where the main problems in interaction between authority and business in realty and municipal property management and the principles of state-private partnership were under discussion.
