The most expensive flat in Ufa resale market costs 20 million rubles

For the last week the average offer price in the resale market of Ufa has increased by 0,1%, making up 46,44 thousand rubles now. One-, two- and three-room flats have risen in price by 0,2%. The flats with more than three rooms have on the contrary cheapened by 0,1%.

According to information of the realty agencies network “The Expert” the cheapest one-room flat in the city is offered at 1150 thousand rubles (the area is 38 square meters) and the most expensive five-room 202,4-square-meter flat in the center of Ufa costs 20 million rubles. The most expensive out-of-town 450-square-meter cottage, displayed for sale, is offered also at 20 million rubles.
