Resale housing prices in Ufa remain on the same level

For the last week the average resale housing offer price in Ufa wasn’t changed, still making up 46,04 thousand rubles for one square meter. Prices dropped by 0,1% in the sector of two-room flats and went up by the same percent for three-room flats. The cost of flats with many rooms and one-room flats remained the same.

The realty agencies network “The Expert” reports the cheapest one-room flat in the city is offered at 1150 thousand rubles (the area is 38 square meters). The most expensive four-room 230-square-meter flat in the center of Ufa is offered at 18 million rubles. The most expensive out-of-town cottage, displayed for sale and with the area 450 square meters, costs 20 million rubles.
