Bashkiria begins manufacturing fashionable clothing for Muslims

The Ufa knitting factory started manufacturing Muslim clothing both for men and women because such clothing met stable demand. Demonstration of Muslim clothing has taken place within the frames of the big fashion show, organized by the Ufa knitting factory and by the Bashkir arts and crafts factory “AGIDEL” the day before.

“The idea of the modellers was that modern clothing should be adapted to the Muslim style” – the press-secretary of the Ufa knitting factory and of the Bashkir arts and crafts factory “AGIDEL” Renata Baiguzina says – “It is not an easy aim for anybody to follow Muslim traditions and at the same time to look fashionable and stylish but the modellers coped with this challenge excellently, using the combinations of bright spring colors and very soft color spectrum. It was important for all of us that our users, including the adherents of Muslim style, would feel themselves comfortable in our clothes”.
