Bashkiria needs a program for development of industry of building materials

Bashkiria has to have its own program for development of building materials and building industry, the chairman of the Union of Builders RB” Rashit Mamleev stated at the recent IV congress of the Republican builders. The economic crisis has adversely affected the main base of house building - the industry of building materials and building industry – most of all. In 2010 the share of unprofitable enterprises in building sphere made up 16%. At the same time the share of such enterprises in sphere of production of building materials reached 30%. The number of people, working in building industry, remained practically the same in 2010, while in the industry of building materials it dropped by 16,3%. The volume of investments in building sphere dropped by 15,2% in 2010, compared with 2009, and in the production of building materials –by 59,9%. Thereby the modernization of the enterprises in sphere of building industry practically turned to zero.

According to the estimations of the specialists the available capacities of the enterprises of building materials in the Republic are enough for production of about three million square meters of housing every year. According to the house building program till 2020 these capacities will be exhausted already in 2014.And by 2010 Bashkiria intends to erect up to 3,7 million square meters of housing annually, so the urgent necessity to reorganize these important for house building branches arises.
