Bashkiria holds the first place in Volga federal district by retail trade turnover

The retail trade turnover in Bashkortostan in 2010 has increased by 4,6%, making up more than 512 billion rubles, the first deputy of the state trade and consumer rights protection committee RB Guzelle Asylova reported. The retail trade turnover per capita made up 126 thousand rubles – by 4,5% more than in 2009. By the absolute index of retail trade turnover Bashkiria is stably found in the first dozen of Russian regions in the country and holds the first place in Volga federal district. The share of retail trade in the tax intakes in the consolidated budget RB is also substantial and according to the results-2010 it makes up about 10% and exceeds 15% in the structure of the gross regional product.
