Rustem Khamitov visited exhibition “AGROCOMPLEX-2011”

The President of Bashkiria Rustem Khamitov visited the largest regional agricultural exhibition “AGROCOMPLEX-2011”, opened in Ufa today.

More than 200 enterprises from 25 Russian regions take part in the main agrarian forum of the Republic this year. The agricultural enterprises from Byelorussia, Poland, Germany, Canada and other countries came to Ufa to demonstrate their best achievements. This is the Republican site for demonstration of the newest achievements in sphere of agriculture in Russia and here the whole range of the agricultural machinery, seeds, technological lines and cattle stock is presented- everything what the development of agriculture is impossible without.

The President RB was interested first of all in output of the Bashkir agrarians and producers. He has inspected the towing implements, offered to our agrarians by the machine-building enterprises RB. The head of the region became interested in the cost of the Bashkir machinery and it turned out it was much cheaper than the foreign analogues. The Vice-Premier of the Government RB, Minister of agriculture RB acquainted the President RB with the exhibitors. The enterprises – constituents of the branch Milk Union demonstrated their tasty novelties. One could taste sausages and meat delicacies on the stands of the state farm “ROSHINSKY” and the meat-packing plant “SAVA”. The director of JSC “BASHSPIRT” Nikolai Knyazev told the President how the production modernization went on because of the new licensing conditions.

The President RB also became interested in the stands with the enterprises, advocating rural tourism.
