The number of unemployed in Bashkiria goes down

By the end of the last year the number of officially registered unemployed has reduced by 10%. 99,4 thousand people have found vacations with the assistance of the Republican employment services. The level of unemployment dropped to 9% and the level of employment among people, searching for jobs was 66,8%.

The press-service of the Government RB reports the subventions from the federal exchequer in the sum of 2,2 billion rubles, allocated to the Republican budget, allowed the Republican authority to develop the state policy in sphere of population employment quite successfully. 1260 people have been sent to the professional retraining courses and the corresponding contracts have been signed with 34 enterprises.

Besides, 3700 graduates of the education institutions passed probation periods at the enterprises and every fourth continued working further. 3470 workplaces were opened in the sphere of small business. Cattle-breeding, bee-keeping and poultry farming are the main directions of the business activity.

In 2011 the federal budget already allocated 1,838 million rubles for realization of the employment program. It will permit to place more than 88 thousand people in a job.
