Average secondary housing prices in Ufa go down

The average cost of one square meter in the secondary housing market of Ufa makes up 46,28 thousand rubles at present time. For the last week it has dropped by 0,1% and same fall is observed in the sector of one-, three-room flats and the flats with more than three rooms. The average prices for two-room flats remain the same.

The realty agencies network “The Expert” reports the cheapest three-room flat, displayed for sale in Ufa, is offered at 800 thousand rubles. It is located in the Karl Marx Street and has the area 45 square meters. The most expensive five-room 270-square-meter flat in the city costs 46 million rubles.

The most expensive out-of-town cottage with the area 450 square meters is offered at 20 million rubles.
