Interregional energy saving seminar to be held in Bashkiria

The interregional seminar to the subject “Modern requirements to energy saving and heat supply of the residential constructions on the stage of designing, construction and exploitation” will take place on March 10 in the Culture Palace “NEFTYANIK” during the widened collegium of the Ministry of housing and communal services RB.

According to information of the Ministry the first day of the seminar will be dedicated to modern requirements in energy saving and heat supply sphere. The participants will study the progressive experience of energy-efficient construction, will become acquainted with the experience of designing and construction of the first energy-efficient low-height home in Ufa, with the newest building materials, used in erection of the residential constructions with the purpose of energy saving and heat supply.

On the second day the specialists will discuss the state all-Russian program “Energy saving and the rise of energy efficiency for the period till 2020”. According to this program saving of the primary energy by 2016 will make up at least 100 million tons of the conditional fuel and by the end of 2020 – at least 195 million tons. In order to make these figures a reality it is planned to remove obsolete inefficient capacities and old equipment from exploitation, at the same time inculcating innovational technologies and progressive equipment. The program will be developed in two stages and within its frames the means more than 70 billion rubles will be allocated from the federal and the regional budgets and the off-budget sources.

The problems of tariff regulation and long-term tariffing will be also discussed on the second day of the seminar.
