Interregional seminar on energy saving to be held in Ufa

The interregional practical seminar “Modern requirements for energy saving and heat supply of residential constructions on the stage of designing, erection and exploitation” will be held in Ufa within the frames of the XV jubilee specialized exhibition “Construction, Housing and Communal Services, Energy Saving-2011”. The exhibition will start working on March 10 in the Culture Palace “NEFTYANIK”.

The problem of energy saving in housing and communal sphere still remains very urgent. Moreover the Government of Russia approved the state program “Energy saving and the rise of energy efficiency for the period till 2020”. In the course of this program’s realization it is planned to reduce the power intensity of the gross internal product by 13,5%. In aggregate with other factors it will permit to solve the problem on reduction of the gross internal product’s power intensity by 40% till 2020. It is also expected that by 2016 the annual saving of primary energy will make up at least 100 million tons of conditional fuel and at least 195 million tons – by the end of 2020. In order to reach these indices it is planned to remove obsolete inefficient capacities and equipment from operation, introducing innovational technologies and progressive equipment. The program will be developed in two stages: 2011-2015 and 2016-2020. On the first stage it is planned to turn to the energy efficient way of economic development and on the second stage – to guarantee steady movement along this way.
