Bashkir builders are trained for working on electronic sites

Beginning from this year all building contracts at the expense of the Republican budget will be placed on the electronic sites, except the construction of especially dangerous and technically complicated objects, bridges and other artificial road constructions. Therefore the major part of the building auctions will be electronic, the deputy chairman of the state building and architecture committee RB Ramil Khalimov reported today. As he says, the problem of builders’ training for participation in the e-auctions looks quite urgent.

Ramil Khalimov indicated the problems, which might arise when holding the e-auctions: the absence of the IT specialists in building organizations or their low qualification, the difficulties in work of the users with the keys of the electronic digital signature, untimely accordance of the documentation on the public contracts and technical bugs during participation in the e-auctions.
