The project for financing house-building by the system of housing savings is launched in Bashkiria

The President of Bashkiria Rustem Khamitov signed the decree of the Government RB “Realization of the pilot project on financing of house-building with the use of the system of housing savings on the territory RB”. The state construction and architecture committee RB is ordered to work up the criteria and choose an investment-construction company for development of the project within the period before April 1, 2011.

The press-service of the Government RB reports before August 1 the committee jointly with the Ministry of land and property relations RB and municipal administrations RB has to organize the activity on determination of the building sites for construction of the economic class dwelling.

All citizens, admitted needy of the apartments, may take part in the project. The minimal initial payment on the accumulation stage is 5% of the contract’s sum. The minimal amount of the accumulation is 50% of the cost of the flats, acquired within the frames of the pilot project, including the initial payments, the accumulated interests on deposits and bonuses.
