46,35 thousand rubles is the cost of one square meter in the secondary housing market of Ufa

The rise of prices in the secondary housing market of Ufa for the last week made up slightly more than 0,1%. At present time one square meter of such housing in the capital RB is offered at 46,35 thousand rubles on average.

The prices for one- and multi-room flats went up by 0,1%. Three-room flats became by 0,2% more expensive. The cost of one square meter in two-room flats remained the same. The most expensive elite dwelling is offered at 61,6 thousand rubles for one square meter on average.

The cheapest three-room 45-square-meter flat in Ufa (in Karl Marx Street) is offered at 800 thousand rubles now. The most expensive four-room 175-square-meter flat in the very center of the city costs 16,5 million rubles. The most expensive out-of-town 450-square-meter cottage, located not far from the city is offered at 20 million rubles for today.
