Federal Agency for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision: Bashkiria remains quite favorable on hazardous diseases

Bashkiria remains quite favorable region on many hazardous diseases, common for animals and human beings. This is the result of the control and supervisory arrangements and timely anti-epizootic measures, held by the Republican veterinary service. This information was ventilated at the concluding gathering of the Federal Agency for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Dept in RB, devoted to its work balance-2010.

The supervisory activity of the Dept is aimed at the provision of favorable situation in sphere of veterinary, quarantine and plant protection, safe working with pesticides and chemicals, at the provision of land fertility, quality and safety of grain and cereals. The Agency stands guard over population’s health and its protection from the diseases, common for animals and people.
