Government of Bashkiria and “ROSTELECOM” signed cooperation agreement

The President of Bashkiria Rustem Khamitov held a work meeting with the Minister of communication and mass communications RF Igor Shegolev on February 10 in Ufa. The problems with launching of the electronic government and quality of electronic public services for population were under discussion.

As M-r Shegolev said, the Republic accumulated solid experience in realization of this important state project. The theme of accelerated development of the communication infrastructure in the countryside was also touched upon.

In the end the parties signed the cooperation agreement between Government RB and JSC “ROSTELECOM”.

In accordance with this document the parties will closely interact on formation of the electronic government infrastructure and electronic public services for population in the region.
