France begins purchasing cosmetics in Bashkiria

France begins to buy bee-keeping cosmetic means in Bashkiria, the director of the Bashkir scientific-research institute center on bee-keeping and apitherapy Amir Ishemgulov reported on Wednesday at the meeting of the State Council committee on agrarian issues, ecology and nature management RB. As he reported, other countries highly evaluated the quality of Bashkir bee-keeping cosmetics too. For instance, Kuwait intends to purchase about five tons of Bashkir cosmetic bee-products and similar offers come from some other Arab countries.

But the main problem is that the bee-keeping cosmetics isn’t yet produced in Bashkiria in the volumes, enough for wide export deliveries and same can be said about Bashkir honey in a whole. At present time the number of the clients, wishing to buy honey in Bashkiria, is high enough practically in all Russian regions, though five years ago the Republic faced certain problems with honey sales.

“Now we pose the problem before ourselves to raise the volumes of Bashkir honey output” – Amir Ishemgulov said – “As for the cosmetics on the base of honey, we manufacture 25 sorts of it and figure on the increase of our production volumes after the special workshop is opened”.

Bee-keeping is considered one of the most profitable business activities in Bashkir villages. The average incomes of a bee-keeper can reach one million rubles per year and if we divide this one million by 12 months, we receive the sum, exceeding the average Republican salary several times.
