Prices in the secondary housing market go on rising
The prices in the secondary housing market of Ufa went up by 0,5% for the last week. For today one square meter of such housing in the capital of Bashkiria is offered at 46,33 thousand rubles on average.
The prices go up by all types of flats. Thus, one-room flats and flats with many rooms have become by 0,4% more expensive, two- and three-room ones – by 0,5%. The most expensive elite dwelling is offered at 61,5 thousand rubles for one square meter on average.
The realty agencies network “The Expert” reports the cheapest flat in Ufa, put for sale, is offered at 800 thousand rubles (the total area is 45 square meters). The most expensive four-room, 175-square-meter flat in the vey center of the city costs 16,5 million rubles.
The most expensive 450-square-meter out-of-town cottage, located nearby Ufa, is offered at 20 million rubles.
