“GASPROM NEFTEHIM SALAVAT” is aimed at rise of carbamide production volumes

JSC “GASPROM NEFTEHIM SALAVAT” works over the project “Construction of the water rotation joint for carbamide production”. Realization of the project will permit the plant to increase the carbamide output from 850 to one thousand tons daily, raise the efficiency of technological processes’ management and reduce the blowups of contaminants in the air.

The press-service of the plant reports the decision concerning the construction of an additional four-section ventilator cooling tower with the overall capacity 10000 m3/hour was made with the purpose to lower the shortage of reused water, meant for production of carbamide.

After the project is launched, the additional quantity of the reused water, meant for cooling the heat-exchange and pump equipment, will be involved into the technological process.

The launch of the water rotating unit is scheduled on June 2011.
