“SALAVATNEFTEORSINTEZ” is renamed into “GASPROM NEFTEHIM SALAVAT”

Special stockholders meeting of the open joint-stock company “SALAVATNEFTEORGSINTEZ” in the form of the distant voting has taken place on January 28. According to preliminary information the shareholders approved the regulations of the company, containing a new company name – the open joint-stock company “GASPROM NEFTEHIM SALAVAT”.

At present time JSC “SALAVATNEFTEORGSINTEZ” is considered one of the key centers of oil chemistry in Russia. The list of its output includes more than 140 sorts of production. Its quality meets the international standards and it is proved by the awards of many prestigious Russian and foreign exhibitions. One of few oil-chemical Russian enterprises, JSC “SALAVATNEFTEORGSINTEZ” possesses the certificates of conformance to the international standards in sphere of quality and ecological security ISO 9001 and 14001 and this fact provides the company with the additional advantages when signing the delivery contracts.

Being the largest exporter of the country, JSC “SALAVATNEFTEORGSINTEZ” exports more than one third of its output. The export geography includes more than 20 countries. At present time the company is busy with reconstruction of already working and with construction of new productions, inculcates automated systems for control over technological processes and perfects the management structure with the purpose of the company’s activity optimization.
