Prices for the secondary housing in Ufa grew up by 0,7% for the last week

The average offer price for secondary housing in Ufa is equal to 46,08 thousand rubles for one square meter for today. For the last week it has grown up by 0,7%.

All segments of flats became more expensive: two-room flats – by 0,6%, one- and three-room flats – by 0,7%. The average prices for the flats with more than three rooms increased by 0,8%.

The cheapest three-room 45-square-meter-flat in Ufa is offered at 800 thousand rubles. The most expensive flat costs 16,5 million rubles. It consists of four rooms and has total area 175 square meters. The most expensive cottage with the area 450 square meters is offered at 20 million rubles.
