More than 23 thousand flats were built up in Bashkiria in 2010

The improvement of economic situation in Bashkiria in 2010 has become the ground for more favorable forecasts in development of building industry, the press-service of the state building and architecture committee reported to “Bashinform”.

Due to all sources of financing more than 23 thousand flats with the overall area more than two million square meters was erected in Ufa – 85,3% to the level of 2009. 494 square meters was erected counting on one thousand citizens RB.

The individual developers built up 13,7 thousand own houses with the overall area 1453,5 thousand square meters at their own expense and thanks to the credits (75,2% to the level 2009). The share of individual houses in the all-Republican housing input made up 72,4%. Republican enterprises and organizations put 552,8 thousand square meters into exploitation (131,9% to the level of 2009).

By the volumes of input housing Bashkortostan is found on the second place in Volga federal district after Tatarstan and by the housing input per one thousand citizens Bashkiria stands on the third place behind Tatarstan and Chuvashia.
