Prices for secondary housing in Ufa grew up by 2,1% from the beginning of the year

45,78 thousands rubles for one square meter – this is the average cost of housing in the secondary housing market in Ufa for today. From the beginning of the year the prices increased by 2,1%. For the last week the prices increased by 1,1%. The highest growth is observed in the sector of three-room flats – by 1,4%. Two-room flats became by 1,2% more expensive and one-room flats – by 0,8%. The prices in the sector of many-room flats went up by 1%.
According to information of the realty agencies network “The Expert” the cheapest three-room 45-square-meter flat in Ufa is offered at 800 thousand rubles now. The most expensive four-room 175-square-meter flat costs 16,5 million rubles.
The most expensive out-of-town 450-square-meter cottage is offered at 20 million rubles.
