In opinion of authoritative scientists Bashkiria faces economic progress

On Wednesday, January 19, the President RB Rustem Khamitov held a meeting with the head of CEMI Jack Sapir and with the director of the Institute of economical planning, Academician Viktor Ivanter. The matter was the economic development of the Republic. The guests have held the Russian-French seminar on financial problems in Ufa, where both global and regional economic problems were under discussion. According to M-r Ivanter his Institute will possibly hold the analysis of political and economic situation in the region.

Viktor Ivanter mentioned the Republic faced rather good industrial progress.

“Propulsion engineering is restored in Bashkiria and its oil-chemical branch has good progress and all that makes us happy but your economics should be differentiated and people, working here, have to be interested in development of the regional economics, besides, one mustn’t forget about good wages” – the Academician underscored.
