Out-of-town realty in Ufa has become cheaper in December 2010

In December 2010 the average price for purchase of either a house or cottage in Ufa has dropped by 5,2% and the prices for land areas – by 0,4%.

The average offer price on all types of out-of-town houses, cottages and town-houses was equal to 25,5 thousand rubles for one square meter. The analysts of the realty network “The Expert” report in December 2010 the cost of houses dropped by 5,2%, though since the beginning of 2010 it grew up by 5,4%.

Thus, the cheapest 50-square-meter home is located in the settlement of Iglino and costs 850 thousand rubles. The most expensive 430-meter cottage is found in Surovka and costs 20 million rubles.
