Rustem Khamitov and Arcady Rotenberg signed cooperation agreement

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov and the President of the Bank “Northern Seaway” Arcady Rotenberg signed the intention agreement on interaction in sphere of financial-credit relations with the building organizations, organizations of housing and communal services and small business companies in Bashkiria. On the base of the state-private partnership the banks “Northern Seaway” and “Investment Capital” as well as Republic of Bashkortostan from the other side will render assistance to development of house building, housing and communal services, small business and to road construction on the territory of the region. At that the banks come out as the financial agents, providing short-term crediting, realization of various investment programs and programs for small business. The agreement is signed for the term of five years with possible prolongation.

For the reference: the bank “Northern Seaway” is established in 2011 and its network of division covers 24 Russian regions and consists of 85 offices. According to information of the Russian journal “Profile” the bank holds the sixth position in the rate of the most reliable credit organizations in the country. In August 2010 the international rate agency “Moody’s” has confirmed the earlier announced rates for the bank: the rate of financial stability – at the level of “E+”, on the bank deposits – B3\Not prime and on the creditability on the national scale – Baa3.ru. The forecast on all rates is “stable”.
