Program for development of information society till 2020 is under development in Bashkiria

The meeting of the interdepartmental commission RB for IT development has taken place in the Government RB today and the strategy for development of information society till 2011 in Russian Federation was under consideration there. The meeting was headed by the deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB Uri Pustovgarov. The Minister of communication and mass communications RB Boris Melkoedov has taken the floor with the main report and told about development of the Republican goal-oriented program “Development of information society till 2020”. This program pursues several goals, including establishment of the “efficient e-government, meant for the rise of transparency of public services and cutting the level of corruption down” and inculcation of the interdepartmental electronic document circulation.

The information about inculcation of the pilot project: “The Social Card RB” was also raised at the meeting by the general director of the company “Bashkir register of social cards” Oleg Romanov.
