Moscow and Hungary are ready to invest in Bashkir farms

Moscow and Hungary are ready to fund construction of the cattle-breeding farms in the north-east of Bashkiria. The President RB Rustem Khamitov has reported about it on Thursday at the meeting with the heads of municipal districts in the village Mesyagutovo.
As the President RB said, construction of a new milk cattle-breeding center for 1500 heads of cattle is planned in Belokataysky region RB and a Moscow investor is ready to finance the project. Similar negotiations concerning attraction of investments to development of agriculture in the north-eastern regions of Bashkiria are held with the Hungarian investors too.
“From our side we are ready to make comfortable conditions for our potential investors from Hungary” – Rustem Khamitov promised.
According to him the question concerning such cooperation will be discussed with the Ministry of agriculture of Hungary and representatives of the Bashkir north-east as well as the President of Bashkiria himself are invited. It is quite possible that the corresponding cooperation contract will be signed between Bashkortostan and Hungary.
“Even these first negotiations will give us an opportunity to erect eight-nine mega-farms in the north-east of the Republic with the overall cost about one billion rubles in the nearest future” – Rustem Khamitov said – “But at the same time small milk farms should be erected around these big cattle-breeding centers”.
