Ulay Iliyasov: “Bashkiria needs a spurt in sphere of land and property relations”

“We need a spurt, a breakthrough in the sphere of land and property relations” – the Minister of land and property relations RB Ulay Iliyasov said in the BST TV-program “Nonrandom people”, estimating the current situation.

The splash of interest in registration of the land rights in Russia is observed for a long time. Bashkiria joins the land reform with certain delay but it can be regarded as an advantage – the Republic can use the experience of other regions. According to the Minister the main problems the citizens RB face today are registration of land property and land rent. The society has already ripened for alteration of the customary model and people want to have the right for the land, which they cultivate and live on. One more problem the Republic is intensely working over now is reduction and lowering of the administrative obstacles in the process of registering the land rights.
