The first energy-efficient house is erected in Bashkiria

The first in the region energy-efficient house will be put into operation in Ufa on December 10. It is erected within the frames of the program, launched by the Fund for assistance to housing and communal services reforming on resettlement of citizens from the wrecked housing fund, taking the necessity to develop low-height house-building into account.

The three-storied building has 33 flats and the overall area is 1234,8 square meters. Thanks to realization of the project 103 people, resettled from 6 old dilapidated houses, will celebrate house-warming tomorrow.

The materials and technologies, able to reduce the heat losses to minimum in the course of the building’s exploitation, were used in construction of the building.

The outward filler structures, made of the gas-silicate blocks, are called to raise the energy efficiency of the building. The building’s foundation is warmed with the special lagging “TECHNOPLEX”. The energy-saving windows have two-chamber double-glass with the selective coating. One more know-how represents the water heating system in construction of the floor with the individual heat meters. The meters for cold and hot water are installed too.

The lighting of all house apartments is automatic. The movement sensors are installed in the doorways and all lamps are energy-efficient too. The special ventilation system keeps comfortable conditions inside all the year round. The house corresponds to the high class of energy efficiency and reduction of power consumption thanks to the use of alternative sources is about 10%.
