Housing in Bashkiria should become more available

The meeting of the Government RB re urgent additional measures on launching mass construction of the housing of economic class in Bashkiria has taken place in Ufa under chairmanship of the President RB Rustem Khamitov.

According to his words the House Building Fund of Bashkortostan has to make for social housing.

“We have to make the unified list of all citizens, whose living conditions have to be improved” – he said – “For today there is no order in this question in Bashkiria and one and the same family may stand in several queues for housing obtaining at the same time”.

The President RB has underscored the House Building Fund RB has to regulate the organization of the building process and it should become the main operator on housing distribution. Besides, it is necessary to make the reserve of the lands, meant for construction, and the Fund should be provided with such lands.

The housing has to be erected quickly and should be cheap and in order to solve these problems one has to form the databank of the lands, suitable for house building, so it is planned to start the inventory of the lands near and in the settlements and to determine the lands, good for the mass building with the perspective for the nearest five-ten years as minimum and to establish the specialized land fund, consisting of such lands.

The key aspects of the Republican goal-oriented program “Stimulation of house building development in Bashkiria in 2011-2015”, found under elaboration now were also discussed at the meeting. Within the frames of the national project “Accessible and comfortable dwelling – to citizens of Russia” and the federal program “Housing” in 2011-2015 on the territory of the country the problem is posed – to provide the increase of housing’ putting into exploitation up to the level of at least one square meter annually counting on every citizen of Russia by 2020. The majority of this housing should lie in the economic class segment, meeting all modern requirements of ecology, energy efficiency and price availability, fixed by the Ministry of regional development of Russia.

In order to execute this task Bashkiria has to put 2096 thousand square meters of housing into exploitation in 2011, 3036 thousand – in 2015 and up to 5200 thousand square meters by 2020.
