Ufa is ready for holding the interregional conference on land problems

The meeting of the steering committee of the interregional scientific-practical conference “Regional problems in development and perfection of land and property relations” has taken place in the Ministry of land and property relations RB with participation of the deputy Prime-Minister, the Head of the Government’s Machinery RB Ilshat Tajitdinov.

According to him the land problem has high actuality for the whole country today, so the conference must be held at an appropriate level. It will take place at the Bashkir Academy of public service and management under the President RB on December 2-3, 2010, and determination of the actual regional problems in sphere of land and property relations and elaboration of precise recommendations on solution of these problems are the main aims of the conference.

The conference’s program consists of such aspects as modern land and civil legislation – the current situation and tendencies in its alteration, reformation of the state registration and cadastre system, regulation of town-planning activity, property taxation, evaluation activity, land surveying works, financial and economical aspects of land tenure, registration of land areas on different land categories etc.

The deputy Minister of land and property relations RB Ildar Aminev has reported the representatives of the federal structures (the Minister of economic development RF, Federal State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography Service etc), as well as representatives of the authority and public organizations RB and other Russian regions will take part in the conference. Participation of specialists from big industrial enterprises of Bashkiria is also expected.
