Irek Yalalov: we have to provide our citizens with normal living conditions

The leadership of Bashkortostan poses serious problems before the Ministry of housing and communal services RB, its head Irek Yalalov has stated at the last meeting of the state housing inspection coordination council of Volga and Ural federal districts.

“We have to estimate the real situation and to determine on what level the housing and communal services of Bashkiria are found now but all this demands serious checking and analysis. Successful preparations for the heating season remain one of the main priorities in our work and by this index our activity is regarded as positive but by all other aspects we have to improve our work, making everything necessary in order to provide our citizens with normal living conditions” – the Minister said.

He has specially mentioned the theme of energy efficiency.

“There are enough erected social objects in Bashkiria but the problem is that these objects are inefficient from the point of view of power engineering and we have to take it into account, developing the system of energy efficiency in our apartment houses”.

According to the Minister the Energy Saving Center of Ufa is able to play an important role here because it introduces the progressive solutions in sphere of energy-saving and energy efficiency, innovational pilot projects and many other ideas.
