The plan for organization of land share management is worked up in Bashkiria

The businessman Ramil Bignov offers the method of land share efficient management. He told about it at the last discussion, devoted to the land relations, in Ufa.

“Land has to start working and it should be involved both in the agricultural and financial circulations and for that I’ve worked up the plan for organization of land share management” - he told – “This project demands detailed discussion by all interested parties. The plan presumes establishment of the state management companies, which would organize so-called closed unit investment realty trusts and if the landowner isn’t able to cultivate his land self-dependently, we have to offer him an efficient mechanism for getting profits from this land. Therefore according to this program the person receives his own share in the investment trust and may use it at his discretion and even sell it”.
