Authoring exhibition “Master-Clever Fingers-2010 to be held in Ufa

The exhibition of dunters’ works within the frames of the Republican professional mastery competition “Master-Clever Fingers-2010” will be held in Ufa on November 29-30. The chairman of the Crafts Chamber RB Alla Ilyintseva reports the exhibition will represent the collection of highly artistic works, made of natural stone and in the technique “Florence mosaic”, and small cultural compositions - vases, small boxes, candlesticks and statuettes of animals. Jasper was the main material for the masters but they also used quartz, agate, nephrite and obsidian.

The guests of the exhibition may estimate the presented works and the jury will take their opinions into account, determining the winner in the nomination “People’s Choice Award”. The winners will present Bashkiria at the all-Russian arts and crafts exhibition “Boat-2010” in Moscow.

The exhibition will start working on November 29 at 14 o’clock in the building of “BASHTECHINFORM”, Kirov Street, 15.
