The program of house building in Bashkiria is called to make housing more available and comfortable

The workable program of house building in Bashkiria presumes substantial increase of housing deployment. Thus, more than three million square meters of housing is planned to put into exploitation in 2015 and more than five million - in 2020. At that the major part of this housing should belong to the economic class, meeting the newest standards of ecology, energy efficiency and price accessibility, the press-service of the state building and architecture committee RB reports.

According to calculations of the specialists one ruble, invested to house building, brings at least four rubles of profits, so the growth of the volumes of the construction works should favorably affect the rise of the tax intakes. At that our houses should become more comfortable; the state of the housing fund and the architectural outlook of the settlements will be substantially improved.

The Republican goal-oriented housing program for 2011-2015 includes plenty of various arrangements: elaboration of the town-planning and project documentation, provision of the house building objects with the land areas etc. Thus, the schemes of the territorial planning are already worked out for 27 municipal districts in Bashkiria of 54 as well as the new general layouts for 12 towns and 24 villages.
