Notifications about the beginning of a business activity can be sent through internet since 2011

Beginning from 2011 people may send the notifications about the beginning of their business activity in Russian Federation through internet.

The director of the department of the Ministry of economic development RF Andre Sharov reports one may send the notifications in the e-format, provided with the digital signature, either through the portal www.gosuslugi.ru or through the sites of the Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights, the Russian Transport Supervision Agency and the Federal Medical-Biological Agency, depending on the business direction.

In opinion of the President of “The Support of Russia” Sergey Borisov the list of the types of business activity, which don’t require preliminary permits, has to be widened. But Andre Sharov insists that there is no need to widen this list in the nearest future, since it already covers 75% of the small business sector. The informative order for small business subjects operates since August 2009 and covers 43 types of business activity.
