Ildar Aminev: land question is of paramount importance for the whole country

Efficient use of the land resources will become one of the key subjects at the scientific-practical conference, devoted to the land problem. It will take place on December 2-3 at the Bashkir Academy of public service and management under the President RB, the deputy Minister of land and property relations RB Ildar Aminev reported today at the last press-conference in the news agency “Bashinform”.

According to him the forthcoming conference is called to raise many problems, existing in the sphere of land management.

“For today this sphere faces many problems and difficulties” – Ildar Aminev mentioned – “Including the imperfectness of the land legislation, problems of cadastre land assessment, taxation and many other problems. In some directions of land and property relations our Republic leaves other regions behind but there are certain problematic points, which have to be discussed”.

The conference will be held with the assistance of the Presidential Administration RB, the Republican Government and several Republican ministries and departments. The representatives of building and evaluative companies, state and municipal bodies, the planners from Bashkiria, other Russian regions and from Moscow expected to take part in its work.

The conference will be divided into three blocks and such subjects as cadastre assessment and taxation, the spacious database and the procedure of land areas’ accordance according to the town-building legislation will be considered within their frames. It is planned the concept for development of land and property relations in Bashkiria, taking the recommendations of the conference, aimed at the rise of land resources use efficiency, into account, will be established after the conference.
