Rustem Khamitov sets the task not to delay the completion of “IKEA” construction

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has estimated the readiness of putting the trade-entertaining center “IKEA” in Ufa into exploitation. The federal supervisory boards revealed plenty of violations from the direction of the company, holding the opening of the center back. The chiefs of “IKEA” assure that all violations are removed.

“The representatives of the supervisory bodies gathered on the territory of the center today in order to find out do the shortcomings still exist or not”- the President RB stated – “If they are to the fore, they have to be removed in the shortest time”.

It is expected that if all violations are removed, the center “IKEA” will be ready for functioning in six weeks and the shop “LERUA MERLEN”- in four. About two months are required to open the trade-entertaining center “Mega”. The total area of all these buildings makes up 160 thousand square meters and it is planned the city will receive two thousand new workplaces.

Rustem Khamitov has mentioned eight billion rubles was allocated for construction of the object. According to the President the attraction of investors is considered one of the prior aims for the region.
