The average offer price in the secondary housing market of Ufa makes up 42,97 thousand rubles. For the last week it has grown up by 0,4%.

Thus, the one-room flats have become by 0,4% more expensive, two-room – by 0,3% and three-room flats – by 0,5%. The average price for the flats with more than three-room has also increased by 0,5%.

The realty agencies network “The Expert” reports the cheapest three-room 45-square-meter flat in Ufa is offered at 800 thousand rubles today and the most expensive five-room 220-square-meter flat, located on the October Avenue, costs 16 million rubles.

The most expensive cottage in the Ufa suburbs, displayed for sale, is offered at 16740 thousand rubles (the area is 465 square meters).
