The architectural company from Ufa confirms high positions in the Russian market

As the news agency “Bashinform” reported earlier, the company “RAUM ARCHITECTS”, having brought about the projects of the Congress-Hall and the hippodrome “AKBUZAT” in Ufa, presented Republic of Bashkortostan in the Russian open contest “The House of the 21st Century”, announced by the Federal Fund for assistance to development of house building. The company has passed the first qualification tour with 20 other Russian organizations, thus confirming its high professional status. The company’s project “Eco House in the ZER-O City” is fully oriented to the ecological technologies, which are actively implemented in many progressive countries now and in Japan in particular.

“We tried to look at the problem slightly wider than just the invention of the house of the XXI century. Such house can’t exist if the corresponding infrastructure is absent, so we offer “The city with the zero-emission”, fully preserving the existing ecological system and providing itself with the electric energy, heat and water and recycling the products of vital activity by 100%. We intend to use the natural technologies, introduced in the project, as well as the know-how, constructions and materials for the low-height house building with the use of the refuse wood both in the Republic and other Russian regions” – the director of the company Rishat Mullagildin said to the news agency “Bashinform”. He has also reported the company “RAUM Architects” has become a laureate of the international festival “Architecture-2010” in the nomination “The best architectural solution”. The Federal Fund for assistance to development of house building intends to sign the contract for development of this project with the company.
