The rate of the minimal wage in Bashkortostan to be increased up to 5500 rubles

As a result of the serious corrections, made in the project of the budget RB-2011, the minimal wage rate in the Republic will be substantially increased beginning from the next year. The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov stated about it on October 29 at the gathering of the city council in the town of Sterlitamac.

“Beginning from January 1 we raise the rate of the minimal wage and it will be determined by rather good figure – about 5500 rubles. This step will pull the wages up and in the budget sector first of all. We are ready to do it, since we understand that people need higher incomes”. Now we estimate our possibilities and close to such solution, the public affairs service of the President RB reports.
