Cheeses from Belebey are the winners of the Quality Festival

The cheeses “Belfor”, “Marble”, “Sour Cream”, “Russian”, “Mediterranean Spicy” and the butter “Traditional”, manufactured by the milk plant in the town of Belebey, have been rewarded with the diplomas of the first degree at the VII annual Quality Festival in Yekaterinburg. The festival reveals and popularizes the best foods by the parameters of ecological security and consumer properties.

The milk plant has introduced its smoked cheeses “Caron” with the spices. These cheeses can be already found on the shelves in Volga and Ural federal districts. The last plant’s novelty – the cheese “Belfor” with the sweet-chestnut taste has collected the maximal number of points in its nomination. This cheese will appear in the grocery stores in December 2011.
