Bashkir investors have prospects in the market of foreign realty

The conference to the subject of foreign realty has taken place in Ufa within the frames of the exhibition-fair “Realty-Autumn-2010” and the representatives of the foreign companies participated in it. They introduced the offers and housing prices abroad to the comers.

According to information of the specialists one can find the cheapest realty in Egypt and Turkey. The apartments on the bank of Geneva Lake and on the Azure Beach in France are much more expensive.

The director of the Moscow office of the company “CHEDA” Elena Mishina explains the availability of realty in Egypt and Turkey by the favorable tax policy. Besides, the investment potential of Turkey is great from the point of view of investments to the commercial realty.

The participants of the conference have marked that the Ufa’s market of foreign realty had lost many players during the crisis. For today there are no companies in Ufa, which would closely work in the foreign realty market but now one may say about certain prospects in development in this sphere and about the tendency to big investments to the realty abroad. The conjuncture of the Republican markets allows the building giants of Turkey, Egypt, Bulgaria, Czechia and Spain competing in the offers with the Ufa developers, because the companies in Ufa offer only the basic fine finish for the same price and the foreign companies sell fully-equipped apartments, ready for occupancy and this is their substantial advantage and serious challenge for the local developers.
