Secondary housing in Ufa has become by 0,4% more expensive for the last week

The housing prices in the secondary dwelling market of Ufa have grown up by 0,4% for the last week and the average offer price on all types of flats makes up 43,15 thousand rubles today.

The lowest growth is observed in the segment of two-room flats – 0,3% and the highest – in the segment of one-room flats – plus 0,6%.

The realty agencies network “The Expert” reports today one may buy the cheapest three-room 45-square-meter flat in Ufa, K. Marx Street, at one million rubles and the most expensive five-room 225-square-meter flat on October Avenue is offered at 16 million rubles.
