The commission for prices monitoring in the food market is to be established in Bashkiria

The commission for monitoring of food prices will start working in Bashkortostan in the nearest future. It will be headed by the Chief of the Presidential Administration RB Nikolai Kurapov and its staff will include the representatives of executive power, public organizations and trade associations. The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has reached this decision in the course of the governmental meeting concerning situation in the food markets RB, held on September 22 in Ufa, the public affairs service of the President RB reports.

The President of Bashkortostan ordered the members of the Government and heads of regional and town administrations to work up the measures for stabilization of food prices. The President said the control in this sphere would be “merciless”.

“I provide the heads with the carte-blanche for the severest measures, aimed at the price-cutting” – Rustem Khamitov said.
