The losses of Bashkir budget because of the disputes between JSC “Salavatnefteorgsintez” and JSC “Caustic” made up 100 million rubles

The disputes between JSC “SALAVTNEFTEORGSINTEZ” and JSC “Caustic”, resulted in interruption of the ethylene deliveries, led to substantial losses for the Republican budget. During the forced outage JSC “Caustic” failed to produce the output with the VAT, from which this chemical plant would have paid the taxes to the regional budget at the rate of about 100 million rubles, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov said.

“The ethylene is delivered for “Caustic” since the last week” – Rustem Khamitov reported – “We need actively working enterprises and should prevent such situations in the future”.

The President RB has mentioned the decision concerning deliveries of ethylene for “Caustic” is just the intermediate and is made only in order to supply the chemical plant with the technologically minimal volumes of raw materials (ethylene) during two months. During this time the parties have to reach the amicable agreement. Rustem Khamitov doesn’t exclude the possibility to provide JSC “Caustic” with the ethylene, obtained from the alternative sources, the public affairs service of the President RB reports.
