The prices in the secondary housing market of Ufa increased by 0,5%
For the last week the prices in the secondary housing market of Ufa increased almost by 0,5%. The average offer price for one square meter on all types of flats is equal to 42,97 rubles at present moment.
The prices increased in all flat segments: one-room, three-room and multi-room flats became by 0,5% more expensive and the two-room flats – by 0,4%.
The realty agencies network “The Expert” reports that the cheapest one-room flat in Ufa is available at 950 thousand rubles. Its area is 30,3 square meters and the most expensive five-room 220 square meter flat on the October Avenue costs 16 million rubles.
The most expensive cottage put on sale and located in the village Mikhailovka near Ufa, with the area 350 square meters, costs 20 million rubles.
