A new tariff regulation system is introduced

The unified information-analytical system is made and developed by the Federal Tariff Service of Russia. The system is called to improve the processes and methods of tariffs fixing and has to provide the automation of information interaction between the Russian Tariff System and the regional tariff regulation bodies, the head of the Russian Tariff Service development and technologies department Alexander Bibikov reported at the meeting in the Government of Bashkortostan.

“The new system will be able to optimize the documents circulation, concerned with the regulation of state tariffs, the analysis of the balance of electrical energy and capacity, the monitoring of investment projects and many other things” – he said.

The mechanism of the electronic digital signature, allowing giving the documents, sending within the frames of the system, the legal status, is also designed.

The electronic documents circulation in the Federal Tariff Service RF follows all main stages of preparation, checking and approval of the tariff and price solutions, found within the competence of the Russian Tariff Service, by the regional bodies, responsible for the tariff regulation.
