The problem of garage construction is successfully solved in Ufa

The working up of the garage construction program till 2020 is running at full swing in Ufa. At present time about 400 thousand cars drive along Ufa roads. The parkings are designed on the basis of 350 places per one thousand people. Several years ago it was planned by 100 places less.

The Ufa administration architecture and town-planning chief department reports the new program is called to solve the problem with the parkings. According to the project the city layouts will include the multi-level parkings and garages. The carrying capacity of one parking on the territory of a living micro-district shouldn’t exceed 300 places and up to one thousand places beyond it.

The lowering of the garage construction costs is planned too. The standard metal garage costs about 100 thousand rubles for today, the capital one – about 300 thousand. The heated box or the vacant place in an underground parking cost about 600-800 thousand rubles.
